To make your banking transactions, it is not necessary to go to a Bank’s branch.

BANCATEL is a  modern self-service telephone system that allows you to fullfill your banking needs, in a easy and fast way, with the support and security that only BCR provides.

Using BANCATEL you will be able to make your banking transactions from your touch-tone phone, 24x7.

This is a free service, the only requirement is to be a BCR client.

Using BANCATEL Service is as

easy as following these steps: 

  1. Dial 2258-9191

  2. The system will tell you, by voice, what to do to make your transaction.

  3. Enter your ID number and press star (*).

  4. Enter your ID number and press star (*). You will be able to use the same ID you use in the ATMs with your BCR Debit Card.

  5. Enter the code of the transaction that you need to make and press star (*.) By entering the transaction code, the system will ask for the necessary data to fulfill your request.

Once your transaction has been finished, the system will ask if you want to make another transaction.

If you wish to finish, just press star (*) and your call will conclude.

In the same way, if you wish to make another transaction, follow the process described on step #5.
