Commissions:	Formalization: 3% In advance payment 3% for loans higher than $10.000, 00 effective for first five years.
Interest Rate:	Growing: 1st year Interest Rate + 1% 2nd year Interest Rate + 2% 3rd year Interest Rate + 3 As of 4th year Interest Rate + 4% Floor Rate = Formalization rate
Max financing percentage:	Up to 80%
Max debt level:	Up to $2500 35% +10 +10 Between $2501-$5000 40% +10 +10 More than $5000 45% +10 +10 10pp are added if salary earner and salary is deposited in BCR account. 10pp are added if 10 day in advance payment as per SUGEF during last twelve months.
Policies:	Fire Insurance Policy (if applicable) and Group Life with BCR.

Other conditions:

· Owner of BCR active debit card.

· Automatic charge of loan payment and at least 2 automatic payments for utilities.

For Foreign Customers:

Permanent Resident – Free of condition

- Submission of residence card copy with name and signature of officer where certifies he reviewed original document.

- Upon amount and age, requirements are the same as for Costa Rican citizens (review chart of insurance capability requirements).

Temporary Residents– Passport- Refugees

- Must take all E tests:

Medical test, urinalysis, electrocardiogram, cardiovascular assessment, Elisa Test, fasting glucose test, SGPT and SGOT transaminase tests, gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase, total bilirrubin/direct and indirect, creatinine, ureic nitrogen, total cholesterol and high density cholesterol (HDL), triglycerides, confidential report, CPA certification which indicate income amount per year of previous immediate year, economic activity of other income if applicable.
