knowledge on the market of values and Real Estate of such form that is able
to include/understand the techniques of management of assets used in the
collective portfolios of investment.
Investors with a horizon of investment at long
term, who wish to participate in a Real Estate portfolio and any
capital revenue of these assets, as result of the revaluation of such,
only will be observed in the long term.
These investors must be willing to assume
risks by their indirect participation in the Real Estate Market and try to
obtain a capital revenue by the reevaluation
of the buildings (which can be positive, negative or null).
