Documents to be
submitted by customer:
- Legible
two-sided photocopy of loan participants (debtor, co-debtor, guarantor)
which must be effective.
- Effective
CCSS employer contribution receipt of participants
- Utility bill for address verification
- Income certificate:
-
salary income certificate of each participant as of
a month of issuance. Certificate
must include gross and net salary, employment time, position and information
on seizures or embargoes.
If
debtor or guarantor receives income for his own business, he must submit a
CPA income certificate of one year minimum. Additionally, he must submit last
twelve bank statements and if not available, business invoices or other
income support documents for last year. Last, he must submit copy of
affidavit on income statement for tax purposes for same period included in
CPA certificate.
- New auto: Proforma Invoice.
- Used
auto: circulation tax card photocopy and vehicle revision receipt,
register certificate of auto, appraisal payment and civil status
certificate of loan participants (issued by Civil Registry).
- In
the event that is a used auto, a guarantor who meets effective
regulations requirements must be added.
If guarantee is
mortgage, please add:
- Appraisal payment.
- Registry
report of guarantee item issued by Public Registry. Process could be
delayed before any modification which must be made in Public Registry.
- A
certified copy of cadastre map, issued by Cadastre Office of Public
Registry. Process could be
delayed before any modification which must be made by Public Registry.
- In
the event that purchaser is a corporation, and it is the only corporate
attorney, a copy of shareholder agreement duly registered for loan
authorization must be submitted.
- Municipality tax certificate.
Documentation which must be submitted (given by BCR officer):
- Application
form with complete information and duly executed by applicant.
- “Knowing
your customer” form duly filled out and executed by applicant (it
applies for those individuals who are not regular BCR customers)
- Affidavit
duly executed on debt accrual with BCR equal or higher to $500,000.00 or
equal amount in colones.
- BCR
Group life insurance policy. Whenever debt accrual is in the amount of
¢25,800,001 to 51,600,000, submit the PAG form and whenever higher
to ¢ 51,600,001, submit form (No.13), Medical test application.
- SUGEF
Information request form duly executed.
