Requirements having a Trust Guarantee


Documents to be submitted by the applicant are:

  • Legible and valid/updated two-sided copy of the identification documents of all participants (debtor, co-debtor and guarantor).
  • Updated copy of Social Security slip of the participants.
  • Copy of utility service bill or any other document for address verification.
  • Income related documents:

 
- Original salary certificate of each participant, no older than a month as of issue date. Such certification should indicate gross and net salary; time worked for the company, position in the company and verification that the salary is free of liens and restrictions.

- If the debtor or one of two the co-debtors receives income from own activities; should present income certification from an authorized public accountant CPA (in case the income is higher than $500 a month) or income certification from a private accountant. 

Forms to be completed:

(They should be provided by BCR personnel)

  • Application Form with complete information and dully executed by customer.
  • SUGEF information request form dully signed.
  • BCR Know Your Customer Form including complete information and duly signed by the applicant (only applies to people who are not currently customers of the Bank)
  • Affidavit of economic interest groups duly signed by the participant, when accrued debt with BCR is equal or higher than $500,000.00 or its equivalent in colones.
  • Complete the BCR Form life collective insurance, when the accrued debt is ¢25,800,001 to ¢51,600,000, submit a form denominated PAG and when it is higher than ¢ 51,600,001, present form (No. 13). Request medical exams Note: Accrued debts include debts with BCR as well as other entities.
