Who Benefits?
Only to institutional investors, that is,
financial and securities intermediaries, international organizations,
investment funds, pension funds and trusts that operate as investment or
pension funds, and to sophisticated investors, both national and foreign,
with medium to long term investment horizon who want to participate in a
portfolio of real estate development projects in various stages of design
and construction.

IncomeDistribution
After deducting incurred expenses,
reserves, and applicable taxes are paid by the Fund, it will distribute net
income resulting from liquidation of real estate development projects,
including gains and losses arising from such sale as well as rents
generated by property portfolio of leased in the process of placement, as
well as income from securities and dividends on acquired shares; such
distribution shall be made if there are profits to be distributed at Fund
level, based on audited financial statements.
Income distribution must be made within 45
working days as of liquidation of the real estate development project.
