Who Benefits?

Aggressive investors with a high degree of knowledge about stock market and real estate, able to understand asset management techniques used in collective investment portfolios. 

Investors with a longer term investment horizon, who want to participate in a real estate portfolio, and any profit of such assets, as a result of their re-valuation, will only be observed in the long term. 

These investors must be willing to take risks for their indirect participation in the real estate market and in turn aiming to obtain profits from property revaluation (which can be positive, negative or null).

Income Distribution

Within 30 days after the quarterly cut-off date in March, June, September and December.

Information for the investors

The last day of every month, the Sociedad Administradora (Management Company) will make a cutoff of investor accounts and will send a statement detailing the movements of the last 30 days.
