Underwriting

It refers to the contract executed between a financial entity (BCR Valores) and a commercial  real estate securities issuer through which the financial entity pre-financing firmly or not those securities issued by second entity with or without guarantee.  BCR Valores (Underwriter), studies its project and financing needs to suitably provide advisory on the way to totally or partially place the issue in the Costa Rican securities market.
