Investments made Internationally are object of the Public Offering Rules, in article 7 which states that:

Costa Rican trading booths which receipt purchase and sale orders of foreign securities and their transmission to authorized intermediaries in foreign markets is permitted provided that securities negotiation has been taken place abroad and the Costa Rican trading booth has not done any type of offering to investors object of negotiation.

Then securities negotiated in such a market are not public offering so Trading Booth has decided that such securitiess can only be requested by very sophisticated profile customers (moderate to aggressive).

Trading Booth does this type of operations only as per request of customers and in tools previously approved by the Investment Committee.

Within products for which we received orders are treasury bills of exchange, treasury bonds, non leveraged indexes, and others.
