Every individual contributing with his salary to the Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social as of March 2001 implying there is non additional contribution on his part is included here and resources come from re-distribution of existing social security contributions before effectiveness of Worker Protection Law whose detail is as follows:

It is worth mentioning that according to Worker Protection Law, amount accrued in this fund could be enjoyed whenever requirements to retire as per your basic pension regime have been fulfilled.
