Opening Requirements for a Mutual Fund

Required Documentation for a Natural Person:

1.         Copy of an Identity Document.

2.         Copy of a utility bill (i.e. telephone, water, electricity).

3.         Proof of income.

4.         Copy of Identity Documentation of the authorized parties (if there is any).

5.         Checking or savings active account at the BCR or at any other bank that serves as underwriter of BCR SAFI S.A.

6.         “Investor’s Profile” document.

7.         “Know your client” document.

8.         Contracts.

9.         Registry of signatures.

10.       Request to receive statements by e-mail.

11.       Prospectus acknowledgement of receipt.

Required documentation for a Legal Person:

1.         Copy of Incorporation Agreement.

2.         Original document of Legal Representation.

3.         Copy of Incorporation ID Number.

4.         Copies of IDs of representative and authorized parties.

5.         Checking or savings active account at the BCR or at any other bank that serves as underwriter of BCR SAFI S.A.

6.         Capital composition certificate.

7.         Observations from the Advisor.

8.         Proof of income.

9.         “Investor’s profile” documentation.

10.       “Know your client” documentation.

11.       Contracts.

12.       Registry of signatures.

13.       Request for statements to be sent by e-mail.

14.       Prospectus acknowledgement of receipt.
