Online Inquiries and Transactions

You can access a comprehensive portfolio of services from the comfort of your home or office.  Just follow these steps:

Access Internet Banking People, write your identity number and password.

Then, click on Companies at the top and select Investment Funds in the menu on the left column.

In the Investment Funds section, discover the service options available:

• Statements of Account: Click on the Fund´s name to display detailed information on the movements and balance.
• Movements Consultation: You can generate a list of historical movements performed at a chosen time in each of the Funds where you keep your investment.
• Yield: It allows display the average yield of the last 12 months and 30 days for all BCR Investment Funds.
• Portfolio Composition: It shows the portfolio composition of all BCR Funds, by investment sector or the issuer of the securities.
• Investment Application: The investment can be done by debiting one of your accounts. Remember that investments made before 2:00 p.m. will be posted the next business day, if made after that time, they will be recorded two days later.
• Retirement Application: Make the Order of withdrawal of your Investment Fund. The money will be deposited only on the account of your property you specify. Remember that if you make the withdrawal before 2:00 p.m. the money will be credited the next business day, if made after that time, the deposit shall be done two days later.
• Pending Transactions: Indicate the amount of money you want to invest, and to the date you want it. If you decide to invest more, must be performed before the date you selected.
