Credit Cards Requirements
Documents to submit:
1.
Legible two-sided identification card photocopy of participant
which must be effective.
2.
Employer CCSS contribution receipt photocopy of participant
which must be effective.
3.
Utility receipt or other document for address verification.
4.
Income certificate:
-Original salary certificate of each
participant, whose date of issue is not longer than a month old. It must be specific in terms of gross
and net salary, working time, position and salary must be free from
seizures. Minimum working time
must be a year.
-If debtor or if one of the guarantors
is his own employer, he must submit a CPA salary certificate (in the
event of income higher than $500 per month) or from a private
accountant (in the event of income lower than $500 per month). Additionally, last 6 month statement
of accounts or invoices of work activity or any other document which
proves income for last six months.
Bail can be omitted if customer
qualifies and at least meets one (1) of multiple profiles approved in
BCR Administrative Credit Provisions.
Documentation which must be filled out:
(It must be given by a BCR officer )
1.
Application form duly filled out and executed by applicant.
2.
SUGEF information application form
3.
BCR “Know your customer” form duly filled out and executed by
applicant (applies only to persons who are not current BCR customers).
4.
Group Life Insurance policy form. When accrued debt is in the amount of
¢25.800.001 to ¢51.600.000, please submit the PAG form and if higher
than ¢51.600.001, please submit Medical Test Application (No. 13). Note: the accrued amount implies BCR
debts as well as other than BCR debts.
