Conditions:
- Individual of age Costa Rican or Foreigner. In the event of foreigner must hold a permanent resident status and be a BCR customer for longer than 12 months.
- Income higher to $500,00 or equal amount in colones.
- Minimum 1 year of working relationship with same employer.
- Good credit history as per SUGEF.
- Positive credit references as per Credit Protection Corporations.
