BCR PLUS Program Overview

How many points can we accrue per purchase?

•  A point per dollar paid or equal amount in colones, at current exchange rate    on purchase date

Where can a customer exchange his points?

• Points can be exchanged in all points of sales of business affiliated to BCR, duly identified with BCR-Plus.
• Through our web site: www.comprasenlinea.cr

Do additional cards add points?

• Yes they do. Additional cards add points to basic card account.  

May I lose my points?

• Yes, if customer is under judicial collection process.  
• If account is closed at customer discretion.  
• If Bank closes account.

Do points expire? That is, ¿do they have expiration date?

• Yes. Points expire after 36 months without redemption.

Where can I get information on accumulated points?

• At Online Branch www.bancobcr.com.
• Any customer service department at any BCR branch.
• At any BCR Plus program affiliated business.
• Calling the Customer Assistance Center, 24 hours a day.
