BCR credit cardholders may ask questions on the accrued points they have in the BCR Plus Program through:   

• Online Branch: www.bancobcr.com. 
• Customer Service Departments.
• Customer Assistance Center 24 hours a day.

Point Questions at Online Branch

Point detail information:

Accrued Points: Total points gained: It includes previous month points, total initial points, total points by card, total manually accrued points, total expired and debited points.

Redeemed points: total points exchanged by customer.

Lost points: total debited points.  It includes debit points through card, manually and expired credited points.

Total: it refers to final point balance for customer.
