Customer satisfaction for services rendered at the Bank is our main goal.

General Objective

As a joint assignment with customers, Services Comptrollership is an organ which promotes continuous improvement regarding public services rendered by  Banco de Costa Rica

 

Tasks

Comptrollership main tasks are:

·        Checking that Bank functions based on efficient communication mechanisms and procedures for customers and users.

·        Prompt corrective actions for claims and suggestions submitted by users and procurement of immediate solutions to problems.
