Bancatel

Bancatel is a modern telephone system which permits BCR Customers make transactions from any telephone device just calling Bancatel number 2258-9191.  This is an available service for Banco de Costa Rica customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is a free service and its only requirement is being a customer of Banco de Costa Rica and become a service subscriber.

Bancatel Service Access Instructions:

  • Call Bancatel number 2258-9191
  • Enter your identification number and one asterisk (*).
  • Dial your Access PIN and an asterisk (*)
  • Enter the transaction code you want to make and an asterisk (*).

What is the Banca Móvil Service?

Banca Móvil is an electronic service Banco de Costa Rica offers its customers to make safe transactions, Access different banking services, manage different personal accounts, transfer Money and pay bills 24 hours a day using your mobile phone.

 

Subscribe to our Service

For service subscription, please access our Online Branch at www.bancobcr.com,

Register, and access the Banca Móvil menu where you could subscribe your mobile phone number.  Once subscription is made, you will receive a BCR message, as of that time, you will be able to make the available transactions of Banca Móvil, using specific technical word for each transaction.
