BCR Securities Stock Exchange Market

History:

BCR Securities appeared as a public limited company in November 1st, 1999, under the Article 55 of the Stock Market Regulatory Law (Ley Reguladora del Mercado de Valores,) so it is regulated by the Securities General Superintendency. During some time, it worked as another department of the Banco de Costa Rica, but today, even though it is a public limited company, it is supported and managed by the Bank, which owns 100% of the capital of the company.

Products and Services :

Purchase and Sale of Securities	We offer to purchase the securities of the issues, which are available in the Costa Rican primary market, either in Dollars or Colones, from private or public issuers. As an additional service in the purchase or sale of securities, our Stock Market offers: Trading: (the option of selling securities before it's dead line, with the objective of getting a capital profits).
Auctions	It is the mechanism in which the Ministerio de Hacienda and Banco Central get resourses from the National Finance Market, using the property certificate (pc) or the Monetary Stabilization Bond (msd) . More information.
Repurchases	Those are operations in which the investor and the obligator agree on the trading of securities and its withdrawal on a determined term and return. More information.
Real Estate Fund	BCR Securities offers participation on the Real Estate Funds in Dollars and Colones, managed by BCR Administrative Society of Investment Funds (BCR Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversion).More information.
International Funds	This fund offers an investment option for those who look to diversify their investment portfolio, either nationally or internationally, at sight or average term, purchasing or selling participations of the Dollar International Fund, from BCR Administrative Society of Investment Funds.
Individual Portfolio Administration	These are Investment portfolios created according to the client's investment needs, taking into account risk diversification, term and investment type.
International Markets	We have a specialized unit dedicated to study the different investment options around the world.
Investment Banking	Additionally, we have a team to provide financial restructure services, issues, securization of trusts or closed Investment Funds, among others.
